Bilingual Training and Support Specialist

Anthony Macauley Associates is looking for an experienced individual to develop our professional training material, deliver training courses and support our external clients in both official languages.

About AMA:
Anthony Macauley Associates (AMA) is a Canadian software developer. Our line of products have been developed primarily for the Government of Canada and our GX Financial Management System is one of seven systems endorsed by the Treasury Board of Canada for use by Federal Departments. Favoured by small departments and agencies, our client base continues to grow and creates ample opportunity for the Bilingual Training and Support Specialist to represent our company within the Federal Government of Canada and provide a variety of services to our clients.

Training:
• Manage multiple customer training schedules
• Deliver training courses
• Update and translate training material as required
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements to our current course offerings

Support:
• Provide 2nd Tier support to a small group of current, known customers
• Manage the escalation and resolution of 2nd Tier support issues

Technical Knowledge/Assets:
• General knowledge of government Financial Information Systems such as GX, Oracle Financials, SAP, Freebalance
• Working knowledge of Oracle Databases
• Working knowledge of web based systems
• Knowledge of SQL

Requirements:
• Knowledge of federal government accounting practices
• Ability to express yourself and communicate in written French
• Post-Secondary education in a related field.
