Michael J. Decker
Mike is AMA's Chief Information Officer and has been extensively involved in product support, training, marketing and development since joining the team in 1987. He is an expert in Oracle Database Administration and is the company's senior data architect.

D. Robert MacDonald
Bob MacDonald, AMA's Chief Operations Officer, has over 35 years of consulting, systems design, and teaching experience. He has held various positions with IBM Canada, the Yourdon Corporation, and the B.C. Systems Corporation. He is the author of the book Intuition to Implementation (Prentice Hall, 1987).

Sailesh Patry
Sailesh is AMA's Senior Director of Marketing and has extensive worldwide experience in the private sector, NGO community, and governments. Sailesh has managed consulting projects in the areas of Marketing, Strategic Information Technology Planning, Results Based Management, Monitoring and Evaluation and Performance Management. He has worked with United Nations agencies, International Financial institutions, and governments.

Paula Stuart, PA
Paula, AMA's Chief Financial Officer, has been working with the company of over 20 years. She manages HR, payroll and benefit packages, business and employment procedures, project management and all aspects of accounting. Recently involved with the GX Shared Systems initiative, she is a liaison with GX clients and AMA staff in the Ottawa and Victoria offices.

Alan Smith, Ph.D.
Senior Systems Analyst and also our Ottawa Branch Manager, Alan Smith, has 25 years experience in financial and operations management, management and systems consulting, project coordination and management, and systems analysis/design. He is an expert in the GX Suite of Government Systems holds a leadership role in the GX Shared Systems group.

Kelly Daigle
Kelly is a Senior Systems Analyst with 15 years of experience in government process, system design, and support operations. She is an expert in the implementation, consultation and management of the GX brand of products within the government. She acts as the client manager for AMA to a number of government departments and agencies, delivering training and support services.

Craig McKinnon
As Anthony Macauley Associates' Victoria Business Development Manager, Craig McKinnon is often the first point of contact for new clients and partners along the Pacific Coast. He has dealt extensively with governmental departments and agencies, Crown corporations, and NGOs in assessing their needs and matching them to AMA solutions.
