OTTAWA - - Long time GX client Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) will be the first department to test and put in production PWGSC's Shared Travel Services Initiative (STSI) Expense Management Solution using interfaces developed by AMA and STSI. The solution allows departments to enter travel requests in STSI which are uploaded as commitments to the GX Financial system. Subsequently travel claims can be submitted and approved in STSI and then uploaded to GX for payment processing. The solution also allows departments to update chart of accounts elements in STSI based on an extract from GX when changes are required.
