VANCOUVER - Mondays are difficult for most people. The mid-morning cup of coffee is a virtual necessity. At the Financial Management Institute of Canada's (FMI) Public Sector Management Workshop 2005 in Vancouver, British Columbia, that particular moment of rejuvenation arrived courtesy of Anthony Macauley Associates (AMA) and AMA Consulting.
